We want to make sure you're happy with the purchase you've made. If for some reason you are not and want to make a change, you must take into account the following:
You have 90 calendar days from the day of purchase to make the change effective. Each case will be evaluated by the technical team to give an answer on the approval or denial of the request. You must make the shipment through COORDINADORA (consult the shipment item); In
case you use a different transporter, you will assume the cost.
The company has a period of 15 business days to respond (from receipt of the product). You must make the request through the email email@example.com, attaching the photograph of the garment, your full name, your ID, the date of purchase and the description of the case to start the process.
Subsequently, you must go to the nearest store or a COORDINADORA point with the Pinkfilosofy invoice to send the garment to the name of Arboleda & Ortíz SAS. If you bought through WhatsApp you must carry out the same process.
If the request is accepted, the change or arrangement of the product is made and you will be notified by email. In this case, the brand assumes the shipping cost. If the request is denied, the company will contact you to communicate the reasons why the quality guarantee does not apply. The product will be returned to the initial shipping address at the buyer's expense.
